Shipping policy

Shoe City ships across India from Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Dispatch and delivery

  • Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours in North India and 5 to 6 working days elsewhere. Remote areas may take longer.
  • You will get a tracking link by SMS and email once your order ships.

Charges

  • A shipping and exchange charge of ₹249 is paid online at checkout.
  • With cash on delivery, you pay the rest of the price in cash when your order arrives.
  • We may call you to confirm a cash on delivery order before it ships.
